Eigenbaukombinat is a makerspace in the city of Halle (Saale), Germany. We operate a 300 m² workshop, equipped with various tools and machines. Currently, we offer a wood shop with a CNC mill, a metal shop, 3D printers, an electronics lab, sewing machines, a photo studio, a darkroom, a modeling shop with a laser cutter and a library.

We are open six days a week during our designated opening hours. If you would like to visit our makerspace for the first time, please drop by on a Saturday at around 7 p.m. We give tours on request.

Using the makerspace is contingent on a membership, which is open to everybody. Membership rates are between 18 and 24 euros a month. Application forms are available in the makerspace. Membership is not required for participating in any of our events.
