A tramp card is a way for those living a simpler lifestyle to receive benefits by their choices to not engage the more expensive subsidized economy.

To receive a tramp card, you must be STUB:

• one of the following: living without a car; with a recycled, mobile, co-op living situation(?), with on-off privileges to other tramp card holders and misfits (hippie bus style); or a non-recycled automobile (VW van) if with children and homeless,
• one of: owns no land property and transient; composting tiny-house (less than 200sq ft per person) or completely off-the-grid (no: city-electric, city-water, trash-hauling; ok: propane, sewage), co-operative, shared housing with perpetual food garden.
• using holistic medicine and moving away from all chemical dependencies (no you don't need insulin shots or pain/THC meds).
• eating more whole foods than refined, commercial foods (refined: commercial candy bars, steaks, chicken nuggets, cheese cake, beer),
• encouraging others on the simpler, sustainable lifestyles of bikes, co-operative housing, and such -- leading by example.

Benefits could include:

• lockers at city centers so that you can enjoy and use the city,
• allowance for temporary camping (if clean up is greater than original condition),
• possible discounts at tramp-friendly coffeehouses or other establishments
