User:Average/Tiny-house movement

The idea of the tiny-house movement is to:

  • reduce carbon footprint by removing one giant energy sink: heating costs (typically iowa annual heating cost: $200),
  • architecting it to maximize function and remove the need for large real estate from poor architecting,
  • establish a independent mindset by meeting your own needs rather than living in the grid,

These are great goals and fellow tiny-housers can live together in a commune, sharing large assets like garden space, washer/dryer, ovens, TVs in a separate unit.
