Now, let's see. Taxes are for giving back a fair percentage in exchange for the convenience or services the State provides for your activity.

Documented non-profits don't (or shouldn't) have to pay income taxes from the organization, but individuals receiving money or purchases by the organization are generally taxed.


Making a trade with national currency? That's probably going to be a taxable exchange when buying. Best not to get involved with selling anything but memberships and shelfspace for individuals to sell things. Inform them that they are liable for merchantability of their products and that you are only providing a space in which to sell them (like a consignment shop).
Don't like that? Then barter or gifting.
In other words, buying something that requires transport across federal roads, or selling something that used resources that required them? Probably going to be taxed.
