Tasks: they have to get done. But you don't want to be a boss. So here's what you do: YOU POST IT ON THE BOARD AND OFFER REWARDS!
- Clean up kitchen --> one frozen pizza
- Clean bathroom --> 1 item from "the Box"
- Create keyless, logging lock for our space --> 20" LCD display
- Print project posters (must be at least 20" wide) --> An extra poster for your own project
...this is one place where offering legal (muggles) currency might be acceptible.
