User:Average/Out of the Abyss

One of the underground areas beneath Forgotten Realms. Captured by one of the jilted gods, she is trapped in the Underdark until she completes her fate and is incarnated again. Lolth was once a wise woman who was captured by a beast (beholder) and she became a many-eyed spider woman.

The depths of this realm will expose you to the distinct form of underground cities and life-forms you can't find above-ground, as well as vast underground lakes held within giant caverns that you could never imagine.

...Climb down from the webs to the river below (or take a leap of faith in the dark: 12d20 bludgeoning damage if you hit the bottom), follow it upstream, and you've just found an entrance to somewhere. Follow downstream and you'll end up in the Dark Lake.

D't D'urden dove or fell into the Abyss and has been fighting his way out. He will rescue the dragon at Gauntlgrymm(?) and emerge after dispatching or slaying Lolth.

Some come into this realm from the secret hatch above the ceiling. These characters fall into the webs and either have to slay the spiders which may come to feed or get taken by Lolth.
