No player killing is a general rule for some RPGs, like Dungeons & Dragons. It means that while you can kill all the non-player characters that you want, you are not allowed to kill other players.

There is an exception to this rule: if a player drops out of level accumulation, they can engage in killing other PCs. Dragonborns are noted for this ability, as they are reptilian which makes them chaotic. Others may emerge as well, yet may not fare well for them in the end. But, "live and learn"!

Dropping out of level accumulation is irreversible UNLESS all players, including the DM, agree that you can go back to regular play.

"Love bites" (strikes less than 1 HP) do not count as as PK. A player is expected to be alert.
