Levels 31-60

Legendary. Legend. You did some awesome deeds. People look up to you or step aside before you. You reach this stage only when you've expanded your view of the world to include concern for others. For many classes, you should start or perfect a guild, so other may learn from your efforts (and there's good reason to do so: guildmaster's at a wizard's guild get to draw on the mana of their apprentices, for example, to make some truly phenomenal spell-casting). They could be spells or crafts. If you're are a leader, you might have a mage school (School for the Magical Arts) to attract talent and protectors of your city. If Lord or Countess, you wave your flag high over the city. Mistresses of the Elements will have to learn spellcraft to protect her beautiful creations out in the wood.

Legendary levels for mages get mana and XP from those who join your guilds -- if they're lower level than you. The number who join decided XP gains, while the quality who join gets you mana. The mana is just jointly shared -- it does not come out of the player's stats (like XP) until a higher-level guild member uses it. They'll have to be careful not to lose more than the value they're getting back, so they must remember that their name and sigil are what "define" them.

As for your name, you get a one-time chance to change your name at level 50.

For craftslans, you get money and protection from those who join your guilds. You get a small percentage of the money made by members of and for the craft. Members are tacitly obligated to protect the guild and can learn to recognize each other.

These are examples. The point is that if you guide younger, less-experienced players of your class, you gain a portion of their XP (if mage) or money (if craftslan). The amount you gain depends on how Guild Master (creator or guardian of the guild) divides it up, but the player has to relinquish it if they wish to stay in the guild (a worthy challenge for members to decide if they don't). If the Guild Master is not present, it just accumulates until s/he can divide it.

Beyond this is the truly Epic, one can hardly guide you there as there are so few.
