Not the expert here, but I think Krichoff's Law will have to be updated to subtract any outputs which give off information. That is, there is a irreversable transform of the electrical energy when certain types of output are made. Consider a CRT -- you probably can't get Krichoff's to work there. My estimate is that half of the electrical circuit is being transformed into data by the intensity of the CRT.
