Charm is the more precise name given for the ability of Charisma, it includes both linguistic and appearance aspects. It is about the ability to bring other conscious beings into your favor and/or influence. The three-letter name is kept (CHR).

Language arts are called "sophistry" and is about persuasion through the use of language and tone. A Jedi's mind-trick is about sophistry. If zero, can’t vocalize.

The ability of sophistry increases with taking intellectual risks and surviving the temporary loss of ego. Appearance increases with knowledge of the realms (greater truth), and good alignment.
