About Us

Marialab Feminist Hackerspace (pt: Marialab Hackerspace Feminista) is the first feminist hackerspace in Brazil. We started in 2014 without a physical space and finally achieved our goal of opening our own place in 2018, April. All are welcome!

Check us on Instagram to see news and events.

We teach and talk about Arduino, cellphone security, strategic identities online, robotics, woodwork, feminist autonomous networks, piratebox, brewing beer, bitcoin, coding, digital self care, antropology for women, data analysis, web safety for LGBTI+, protection against abusive relationships, bicycle repair and much more! We also have a book club, debate space, exhibit movies and have plenty of open hours to receive women and their projects!
