Counter Culture Labs is a citizen science lab and biohacker space in Oakland, California. We're currently building up our biosafety level 1 and 2 areas, and are actively looking for more members! One of our larger projects right now (in collaboration with BioCurious) is Real Vegan Cheese.

We currently meet every Friday at 7 pm and host a "biohacker social" casual drop-in event starting every Tuesday at 7pm, but check the meetup page to see if that has changed or to see a list of upcoming classes and other events.

Counter Culture Labs is located right next to the sudo room hackerspace.
