Name of Space Discussion[edit]
Lets use this space to discuss names. Propose a name below using a sub heading (eg. == name ==) and use the space below to talk about it (how to use talk pages). Add "+1 ~~~~" under names you like. I propose that name with the most votes wins. --Dhornbein (talk) 20:10, 27 December 2013 (CET)
- More on this discussion was had at an in person meet-up and the name {Open}Set was landed on. Personally I don't think the name is very important at the time but am none the less happy with the idea --Dhornbein (talk) 09:54, 30 December 2013 (CET)
{Open}Set[edit]
{open}set was chosen by a few people on 12/28/13 as a replacement for the old name. Riffs it allows: {open}setwork, {open}setters, {open}setterupers, {open}setups, {craft}set, {code}set, {data}set, {ready}set.go! --Dhornbein (talk) 09:54, 30 December 2013 (CET)
Code against America[edit]
I really don't like this. First off it's negative. Secondly America is a massive land mass which covers the eastern hemisphere and contains many different cultures and nations. Our work is for the betterment of people, be they from the United States or any where else in the world. Plus I'd like to keep it post-geographic. --Dhornbein (talk) 20:10, 27 December 2013 (CET)
