Would love, love to get involved with these peeps, website isn't helpful though. No space yet! Here are some sites I've collected re: building a hackerspace:

• Adafruit guide to starting a hackerspace.
• Schoolfactory helps obtain and maintain 501c(3) tax status.
• FSWT is a wilmington workworking club we could probably learn a lot from.
• AMSA is an australian space-sharing organization that has a really great "how to start one" guide. The guide is in EXE/FLASH format, because.. Australia.
