What happens, if a hacker from one place wants to connect and meet with hackers of another place, wich is too far to come to the meeting?

We felt confronted with this problem, when we (Me and another guy) met in SecondLife. So we thought it would be a good idea to create a virtual hackerspace in SecondLife, where we can also meet frequently.

At the moment, the project is at its very beginning, but we try to improve our ideas und our concept day by day.
