At the eth0 Summercamp conference during a hackerspace hour radio show, fs111 & drwhax came up with the idea to start a website to look which events/workshops are given in your local area.

This idea needs a lot of brainstorming which is happening in a hackerspace in Holland or Belgium. We are thinking of a hackathon :)

Dates will be available in the coming weeks if you want to help out.

ideas:

• aggregating icals from different hackerspaces
• query by geo-location (eg. "i'm interested by all events in paris and everything within 50km from brussels")
• direct links to (wiki-)pages of local hackerspaces: where to find cool things around
