Hacker in Residence

A Hacker in Residence is a program to send and receive hackers from around the world, especially those affiliated with hackerspaces. Somewhat like an exchange, a Hacker in Residence may be provided a room, board, a stipend, travel funding, or some portion or combination of the previous items.
