The Open to Source Tech Zone offers computer repairs, lessons, and re-purposing. Located in New Denver, B.C. the tech zone is open to the community as a workshop, offering members access to an array of tools and resources allowing people to learn new skills, develop/share ideas, work on projects and realize dreams.(AkA Makerspace, Hackerspace) In addition to offering these resources, Open to Source is developing custom LED lighting, electronic devices, interactive Video Projection Art, Innovative furniture, structures and open source software. to further spread the tools and resources offered, Open to Source maintains an online presence, and travels to events setting up interactive environments allowing participants access to the tools, resources and training while enjoying dynamic lighting, video projection art and soundscapes. In the spirit of the open source philosophy all products and services are offered on a cost + donation model.

the Tech Zone is located in New Denver B.C. at the north east side of 621 union st. (same building as mountainberry)
