Knyfyrtel (sometimes just HSPOZ) gathers all kinds of hackers from Poznań and nearby. We are formally organized as association.

Currently topics in hackerspace center around:

• Organizing events
• Software security
• Promoting FOSS
• Space improvements

We are fairly new on the scene of polish hackerspaces. During our first year we experienced large growth in terms number of members. The group is still figuring out approaches to things like cleaning, organization and so on. So far it went rather without problems. Nevertheless, we have many things to learn.

You might know us from 38C3 or later congresses, many visits in other hackerspaces, Cebula camp or events we organized, in particular P.I.W.O.
