HackUP is an IT club and Hackerspace formed by High School and University students worldwide. Tan Siret G. Akıncı and Ahmet Martin Gökçü, who are also the members of Mercode (mercode.org), have found HackUP in IMI (Italian Scientific High School) in order to start a FOSS Hacker movement in the area. HackUP follows the lessons of older local hackerspaces and subjoins the improvements of global FOSS communities to its rich schedule.
