Hackerspace in Paris, it's the re-unification of DataPaulette + Jack, brainchildren of members from Le Loop, BlackBoxe, /tmp/lab and others.

Open and multidisciplinary, we welcome all those who wish to share their experiences and discover new techniques and knowledge sharing by participating in collective projects.

The projects that emerge from the FUZ are at the crossroads of scientific research, music, textile art, bio-experiments, better-living and digital/analog technologies.

Focused on providing a place to come to:

  • experiment with eTextiles/wearables thanks to DataPaulette
  • write software
  • hack hardware
  • host meetings/workshops/talks

And promoting such things as:

  • collaborations between artists and hackers
  • bringing/building tools, knowledge and people together
  • meet and get welcomed
  • do co-cooking
  • share good spirit

Weekly meetings[edit]

The space is open every Wednesday evening from 7pm to midnight (at least). The place is virtually open every day of the week to regular and new members. Newcomers, drop us an email or come chat on Matrix!

Equipment[edit]

  • Electronics (packed with Arduinos & ESP8266s)
  • PC electronics (come repair/upgrade/undust your laptop)
  • Salvaged parts (from hoovers to toys and from laptop keyboards to LEDs)
  • 3D Printing (even resine even if underused)
  • Hardware workbench and parts (column drill, sharpener)
  • PCB making (chemical etching, milling planned.. done, but still needs love)

Services[edit]

Self-hosted services: wiki, mailing lists. The space relies on interhacker.space (shared services among friend hackerspaces) for Gitea, Pleroma and Peertube.
