A space for the protagonism of Black women and Black non-binary people, open to cooperative, community-based experimentation, self-managed and non-profit, dedicated to technological autonomy. Black Lab is centered and organized around specific lived experiences, which means we look at technology through the lens of gender, race, and class. While this is our compass for understanding the world, we welcome and celebrate anyone (non-Black people, men, women, cis or trans) willing to learn, build, and share knowledge in a collaborative environment.
