Established in 2011 to support the Groovix Cube, Air Light Time & Space, or a.l.t.Space has since helped hundreds of artists to realize their creative visions. Many projects built at a.l.t.Space have been displayed at Burning Man and the space is run according to Burning Man's 10 principals. At a.l.t.Space members freely share their tools, skills, knowledge, and leftover parts or materials. Since 2018 a.l.t.Space has been stewarded by Ignition Northwest, the local non-profit that produces Critical Northwest, the Puget Sound's regional Burning Man event.
